Class on Customer Relationship Management Held

A two-day programme on Customer Relationship Management started from Thursday, 30th July 2015 in the auditorium of BABINA Diagnostics. Conducted by the Managing Director of the centre, Dr. Th. Dhabali Singh, the class comprised of staff from different sections who are in direct contact with our customers Front Desk, Billing Counter, Phlebotomy (Sample Collection), Ultrasound, X-ray, CT scan and MRI. The programme highlighted the importance of customer satisfaction in our day to day activities.
